Vendor Visits & Deliveries
Our building standard policy for deliveries is that all delivery services should access 600 Steamboat Road by using the loading dock entrance. A freight elevator is available in the A–Building specifically for this purpose. Any deliveries arriving at our front entrance will be directed to the loading dock.
All furniture or equipment delivery must be done after normal working hours. Deliveries may be made from 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Monday – Friday. For additional hours required, the applicable hourly wage fee will be charged for security guard services as needed.
The loading dock is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday – Friday for smaller deliveries. For additional hours required, the applicable hourly wage fee will be charged for security guard services as needed.
Food Deliveries
Prior to 6:00 PM
Food deliveries prior to 6:00 PM are permitted through the South or North Freight Elevators using the Loading Docks. Security should be notified of the delivery company name with an email to securitydesk@600steamboat.com or by calling 203-489-2604. Delivery drivers are prohibited from entering the building; personnel are required to meet the drivers at the loading dock doors. If a large food delivery, driver should be escorted to tenant‘s office. Please note the Town of Greenwich Traffic Division prohibits any type of delivery at the turnaround on Steamboat Road. Any delivery arriving at our front entrance will be redirected to the loading dock.
After 6:00 PM
Food deliverers after 6:00 PM may use the Upper South Visitor Parking Garage. Security should be notified of the delivery company name by sending an email to securitydesk@600steamboat.com or by calling 203-489-2604. Drivers will be allowed access at parking gate arms and greeted by personnel at lobby reception.
