After Hours Access
600 Steamboat is accessible to tenants 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All tenants must show their photo identification card to the security personnel upon entrance to 600 Steamboat. The Upper Level South Garage Gates are available as two directional (entrance and exit) paths for traffic. This overhead door is open from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM Monday through Friday. On weekends, holidays, and after hours this is the only point of entry and exit. Use of the card reader will be required to open the roll-up door. Once the roll-up doors are raised, the valid parking medallion will automatically open the gate arm as the vehicle approaches. Intercom service to security personnel is provided in the event of gate equipment malfunction. Any problem with the roll-up gate should be reported to security at 203-489-2604.
