Work Order Request Information
For access to 360 Facilities (opens in a new window), please contact our Property Administrator for your Username and Password. All requests should be authorized or submitted by the tenant office manager.
On all holidays listed above, 600 Steamboat Road will be officially closed. Any maintenance requests for off-hour services (e.g. heating or air conditioning) should be made in advance within the work order system (360 Facilities (opens in a new window)). A minimum of one day's notice is required. Please refer to your lease regarding responsibility of charge for services rendered on holidays. All tenants requesting HVAC after 6:00 PM on a weekday or weekend will incur a charge.
